Refund policy

Section 1: Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Unopened Items: Customers may request a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.  
     - Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.  
   - Final Sale Items: The following items are not eligible for return.
     - Promotional items, holiday sale items, and One Gel products.  

2. Return Process
   - To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at nailscicibling@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for return.  
   - Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.  

3. Shipping and Refunds
   - Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.  
   - Please note that due to operational delays, return processing and refund issuance may take additional time.

4. Exceptions
   - Opened or Damaged Items. 
     - Items that have been opened or damaged are not eligible for refund. For health and safety reasons, such items will be disposed of.  

Section 2: Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchanges  
   - Exchanges are only available forunopened items of the same product type and price. 
   - For other requests, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.  

2. Exchange Process
   - Contact customer service to request an exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.
